Our Health Monitoring is a critical component of our care services. A registered nurse (RN) is on-site monthly for wellness checks, ensuring each resident’s health is continuously monitored and maintained. This service includes a thorough review of medication, weight monitoring, and checking all vital signs. We focus on providing quality service that prioritizes the health and well-being of each resident, adapting to their changing health needs with professionalism and care.
Health Monitoring Services are provided by an on-site Registered Nurse who ensures that each resident receives an initial health screening assessment and at least yearly examinations by a physician. New Vision on-site Registered Nurse is also responsible for a 30-day wellness check to include Medication Review, Weight, and Full Vitals every 30 days unless required more frequently per physician’s order.
