NEW VISION MINISTRIES HOUSING AND DISABILITY SERVICES LLC currently has 4 locations on the north side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Location 1 is a 4-unit apartment building with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms offering Adult Family Homes and Supportive Independent Living Services for two ambulatory residents in each unit in need of Long-Term Care and Supportive Home Care Services.
Location 2 is a 4-unit apartment building with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms offering Supportive Independent Living for two ambulatory residents in each unit in need of Supportive Home Care Services.
Location 3 is a single-family bungalow-style home, wheelchair accessible with a walk-in shower, offering supportive home care services for two non-ambulatory residents in need of supportive home care services.
Location 3 is a single-family ranch-style Adult Family Home, wheelchair accessible with a walk-in shower, caring for three ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents in need of Long-Term Care and supportive and personal home care services.
